Hi friend,
If you’re reading this, there’s probably something stirring in your heart or mind—something you’d like clarity on, help with, or simply space to talk through. Ministry can be deeply meaningful, but it can also feel isolating at times. That’s one of the reasons I offer one-on-one coaching.
A coaching session is a focused, confidential conversation where we talk about your life and ministry. It might be about leadership challenges, time management, vision, relationships, burnout, next steps, or even questions you’re still trying to put words to. There’s no script and no pressure—you bring what’s on your heart, and we take it from there.
Coaching isn’t about me telling you what to do. It’s about listening well, asking thoughtful questions, offering perspective, and helping you discover clarity and direction. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence, wisdom, and peace—not overwhelm.
Each coaching session also includes follow-up resources when helpful—whether that’s a tool, framework, or next-step suggestion—so the conversation doesn’t end when the call does. Coaching works best when insight turns into action, and I want to support you beyond our time together.
More than anything, coaching is about partnership. Ministry was never meant to be done alone, and these sessions are an opportunity to walk together, deepen relationship, and encourage one another as we serve God and those He’s placed in our care.
If you sense this could be helpful for you in this season, I’d be honored to meet with you.
Grace and peace,
Pastor Karl
