I love hearing from you, so never hesitate to e-mail me, but to save you time, here are some of the most common questions:
You can find all the products you’ve bought in your customer account under Products.
Log in and click Products in the left-hand menu to see everything you have access to.
If you don’t see a purchase, it’s usually because the product was deleted/unpublished (so it won’t show anymore) or you’re logged into a different account (often a different email).
NOTE: Booster Packs are removed at the end of the month, so be sure to download them to your local machine.
Coupon codes and member benefits are posted in the ALL ACCESS Member News and Updates space (our community).
To find them, click Community in your left-hand menu, then open the ALL ACCESS Member News and Updates space and look for the latest announcements.
If you’re trying to track down a specific benefit or code, you can also use Community → Search and type keywords like “coupon” or “benefit.”
Members get free access to the it Bible Curriculum based on the current scope and sequence.
It used to be included in Booster Packs, but that made Booster Packs more expensive and larger to upload, and it was hard to track who actually used it.
So now it’s provided free using a discount code, and we email the code to members and also post it in the Community.
To find the “ALL ACCESS Member News and Updates” post (where the coupon code is), start from the community Home feed after you log in.
Then use the left sidebar to open Spaces, and click ALL ACCESS Member News and Updates to see the post with the code. (Be sure to follow that Space so it remains in the left navigation, if it is not there, click on Browse and follow ALL ACCESS News and Updates.
If you don’t see it right away, go to Community → Search, and search “ALL ACCESS Member News and Updates” to jump straight to it.
Booster Packs are added automatically to your Products, so you get them right away.
For many free resources, we use a coupon code so only people who actually want them (and will use them) grab them.That keeps your Products list from getting cluttered with things you’re not interested in, and it also helps us track interest and usage of our curriculum and tools.
You can get a receipt (invoice) for any purchase from Billing.
Log in to the site. You’ll land on the Community Home Page (not the website home page).
Then click KarlBastian.club (top left) → Billing.
From there, you can view and download your invoices.
To upgrade or cancel your membership you’ll do it from your customer account settings.
To upgrade (switch plans):
Click your profile picture → Settings.
Look for "Billing" → Edit next to Community → Change plan → pick the new plan → Pay now.
To cancel:
Click your profile picture → Settings.
Scroll to Billing → Edit next to Community.
Click Cancel plan → confirm Cancel subscription.
You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
